Bump, Birth & Beyond is all about delivering a personalised service to you and your partner’s needs as you prepare for the birth of your new baby.
Every mum-to-be has her own special or unique needs around this time, and that’s where we come in.
We offer a series of one-to-one classes which focus on the later stages of pregnancy and those first few weeks of parenthood. |
There are no special rules about what you need to hear - our service is all about keeping you as informed as possible and building your confidence, not just before your baby is born, but afterwards too.
There are lots of myths and pressures out there and Sally’s job is to answer those questions for you, put you at your ease and give you that little bit extra in terms of preparation and reassurance.

| 20 Years of Experience And Training |

- Sally currently works as a Midwife and Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse in Mount Carmel Hospital.
- She qualified as a Registered General Nurse from St Vincent’s University Hospital in Dublin in 1991. On graduating, she was awarded The Gold Medal in Nursing Care and staffed there for one year.
- Sally then trained and worked as a Midwife at the National Maternity hospital in Dublin’s Holles Street for over ten years.
- She has additional qualifications in Special and Intensive Care of Newborn (2000) and also as a Reflexologist (1994) where she worked as part of the Reflexology team in the NMH hospital for over 6 years.
- Sally has completed a series of workshops on Antenatal Education by Judith Schott run by the Irish Nurses Organisation.
- In 2008 Sally set up Bump, Birth and Beyond.
- As a mother of two young children herself, Sally Donlon, who runs Bump Birth & Beyond, knows that this is a time for questions and uncertainties. She’s been through it!
